Caps Make the Playoffs!

So the Caps are once again in the playoffs. Is this the year they take the next step and give the D.C. Fans what they have been waiting for??

It looks like it..this has been the strongest push from this team at a "let's go all in" season then the past couple of years. They have the pieces in place on both offense and defense. Don't forget they still have the best player in the business , Alex Ovechkin. We will see how the rest of the league finishes and what the playoff matchups look like. My bold prediction is this is the year they get it done with this combination of players and Trotz in charge.

Don't get me wrong we will all still be holding are breath come playoff time. Rock the Red!

The DMV in the playoffs..

As a long time DC sports fan this is a great time for this sports town. The Caps and Wizards are both in the playoffs and have won a game. Now it's time for this city to make the next step in the playoffs and make it to the next round. If your under the age of 25 you have been waiting your entire life to feel what a championship parade or confetti falling from the ceiling feels like. Maybe this will be the time. So, cheer as loud as you can, yell at your TV, and do what you have to do to get these teams to victory. You never know when a time like this will come around again!
